dD is pleased to submit a Service Proposal for your Technical and Commercial Design needs. We are also proud of the opportunity to offer Project Management for your upcoming project(s).
We will develop an agreement, the (“Owner") recipient of Services and LaRay Koti Byrd (the “Architectural Design Engineer”), for custom detailed services to be rendered.

BRANDING
Premium Services offer a more thorough set of drawings opposed to standard editions found within competitor's pricing. Digital design engineering is powered by LaRay Koti (Byrd) using Autodesk, Rhino, and Adobe software.
Clients receive high-definition Technical drawings and graphical presentations that showcase existing construction, new builds, and/or reconstructed business implementations.
dD's Premium Products and Services result in greater clarity, pricing accuracy, fewer construction issues that involve contractor's, and resolve other project concerns.
Clients should expect products that represent and illustrate real-world experience of site/construction plans in both 2D and 3D media presentations.
The following Fee Schedule / Price List describes architectural and interior design work to be done and fees associated with project expectations. Combination Fee Structure Apply.
